Welcome to Mindset Fitness and Health, my name is Michael Ogunjobi and I am the founder here at MFH. You most likely have guessed from our name what we are about and you may have an idea in your mind as to what it is that we do here. Whilst your initial thoughts are correct we are in fact much more than just another Personal Training company.
Our ethos and belief here is that change must always first start in the mind. The reason why so many of us start and stop on the fitness journey is because we haven't made a conscious decision, promise and commitment to ourselves to everyday strive to be better.
It was only when I made this decision in 2012 that I started to see true lasting results. After being sporadic with my training for years I finally decided to gain the knowledge and help that I needed to become the best version of myself.
In this world where there is so much demands and responsibilities on us we easily forget about taking care of ourselves. Inadvertently forgetting that if we don't look after our health and fitness we shall not be able to do anything at all.
Here at Mindset Fitness and health our aim is to help you realise that a change in mindset along with a set program based around calisthenics and a nutrition plan will enable you to do what you thought was not possible before. That is to become the very best version of yourself without having to neglect any other responsibilities in your life.
